As an occasional shopper at Bath and Body Works, I've encountered multiple issues with my recent orders that have severely shaken my trust in the brand. Both of my orders, with reference numbers 137CH1334Q and 654XK7966U, presented separate problems.
In my first order, the Bahamas Passionfruit & Banana Flower shea body cream arrived opened and clearly used, with zero hygiene maintained. Additionally, the Waikiki Beach Coconut body mist appeared to have been sprayed several times before, noticeably different from the other products. How does such carelessness occur during packaging? While I'm busy with numerous responsibilities, why should I deal with your irresponsibility?
In my second order, the Strawberry Snowflakes cream had yellowed and turned rancid. It might have been previously opened, as there were cream traces inside the lid. The fact that a mid to high-tier brand still doesn't use product protection seals is another issue altogether.
While other products were fine, the creams are currently my main concern. Customer satisfaction should be prioritized, and I'd appreciate a swift, hassle-free solution. Otherwise, I'll never consider this brand again in Turkey.
In short, my request is for either replacement products or a refund for the two defective creams you sent, as this is your mistake and your responsibility to rectify. Alternatively, if you're not okay with these solutions, please don't bother contacting me, as it would be a waste of time for me to go to Sürat Kargo and send back a product so filthy it's unusable.
It's extremely disappointing that the brand doesn't apply the "No returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons" policy stated on its website when sending products to customers. At the very least, I'll learn never to trust this brand again and understand just how flawed its policies are in Turkey.
