Bath & Body Works Order Reveals Expired Products and Price Manipulation
My order number 526LC9489W, and many others from Bath and Body Works, turned out to be problematic, and I've only just noticed it. It's become a habit for me to check the batch code of the products I purchase online. To my surprise, all the Bath and Body Works products I've bought so far have expired, dating back to 2022. In my recent shipment, the packaging of the products looked very old, and when I opened them, they had leaked.
Another issue is with a candle I purchased. It was initially priced at ₺1900 but was reduced to ₺300. However, underneath the reduced price, there's a 2021 label showing ₺399. So, you've essentially raised the price from ₺399 to ₺1900 and then dropped it to ₺300 to sell it to me... What kind of practice is this? This same situation happened with a candle I bought previously. At least remove the price tags from underneath the candles so we don't realize we're being deceived.
What compensation do you propose? For example, the batch code for your Ocean series body wash is 2210A001.
I am withdrawing my complaint regarding the expiration date; I had looked at it incorrectly. However, my complaints about other issues still stand. The Bourbon peeling arrived unsealed and its corner was damaged. Additionally, I would like information about the situation with the candles.
