It caused constant itching and hair loss. The label in Turkish advertises the product as a '2-in-1 hair and body gel,' but reading the English version reveals that it should not be used on hair. This situation is unacceptable. Your negligence has caused both skin irritation and hair loss. I will file a complaint. Neither do the products arrive intact, nor is attention paid to the packaging. You consistently send leaked or missing items. Have you even looked at the visual of the product you're sending? Can a product so damaged be sent? Additionally, the scrub particles in it, unsuitable for hair use, have contributed to hair loss.
