Bath & Body Works Selling Faulty Candles and Canceling Orders

I recently bought a candle from Bath & Body Works, and unfortunately, it ended up being completely unusable. Even after receiving previous complaints about the candles not burning properly, the problem continues to persist. I have provided the requested photos and order numbers, but unfortunately, the issue still remains unresolved. Now, when placing another order, the items are consistently reported as out of stock and subsequently canceled. The candle I received was in terrible condition, with scratches and a broken lid. It was completely defective. This brand used to be known for its high quality, but lately, their products have been disappointing and of low quality. This experience is extremely disappointing, and I have no intention of returning to this store.
