I recently took advantage of Bath & Body Works' "Buy 4, Pay for 2" promotion and ordered four items. I was informed that due to the promotional nature of the order, my items would be shipped on May 21, 2024.
The day before the scheduled shipping date, I checked my order status and saw it was in the packing stage. However, on the day it was supposed to ship, I unexpectedly received a cancellation notice. My order was canceled without any explanation or apparent issues.
When I contacted the help desk, they told me the items were still in stock. Despite this, my order was refunded, and the promotion ended before I could reorder. I'm frustrated that I missed out on this deal due to an unexplained cancellation, especially since the products were apparently available.
