Bath & Body Works Order Tracking Complaint

Back in March 24th, 2024, I went ahead and made an online purchase for a body spray from Bath & Body Works. Unfortunately, I still haven't received any updates on the order status, which is becoming increasingly concerning. I am unable to receive any form of confirmation or notification, and there is a complete lack of information when attempting to track my order online.
I find it incredibly frustrating when there is a lack of communication. Deliveries in my city usually take about 3-4 business days to arrive. Now, a week has passed since I placed the order, and I still have no idea where it is.
