I Face Baseus Power Adapter USB Port Failure After Only 8 Months Of Use

I purchased a Baseus charging adapter with Type-C and USB outputs from the MediaMarkt Mall of Istanbul store approximately 8 months ago. I had never used the USB port before, but when I tried to use it for the first time, I noticed that the USB output was not charging.

Because of this issue, I took the product to MediaMarkt, and it was sent to service. After the service process, I was asked to provide additional items such as the original box and warranty document. Requesting the original packaging for a product that already has a valid invoice seems unreasonable and creates unnecessary difficulties for consumers. Today, many products only require an invoice for warranty procedures, but I believe Baseus is making the warranty process unnecessarily complicated by requiring additional documents and is not standing behind the products it sells.

For my defective charging adapter, I request that my warranty rights be accepted based on the invoice and that the product be repaired or, if possible, replaced with an identical new unit. I expect Baseus and MediaMarkt to provide a fair solution and resolve this issue properly.
