My Baseus Earbuds Keep Failing and Battery Dies Fast Even After Multiple Replacements
I purchased a pair of Baseus earbuds from the Mall of MediaMarkt in November 2024. For the first four months, they worked without any issues. But then they suddenly stopped functioning. I took them back to the store and was given a one-to-one replacement, which I appreciated at the time.
Unfortunately, the replacement unit only lasted about a week before the battery began draining extremely fast. I returned again, and they sent it to service. After roughly a week, I was given yet another new pair—but this one also has the same battery issue. The charge barely lasts, making the earbuds unusable for any extended listening.
I deeply regret this purchase. No matter how many replacements I’ve received, the product continues to underperform. I expected reliability and longevity from a brand like Baseus, but all I’ve gotten is frustration.
Baseus, I’m requesting a permanent solution, not another short-lived replacement. Either provide a properly functioning product or issue a full refund. I’m tired of wasting time returning defective units.
