Baseus Powerbank Battery Swelling: Media Markt Fail to Address Issue
The Baseus Powerbank I purchased from Media Markt, distributed by Hakman Electronics, has a swelling battery issue as shown in the images. Despite being under warranty, Hakman Electronics offered a refund based on the price from one year ago, ₺899, instead of the current price of ₺1500-1800 for the 20000 mAh, 20W model. Media Markt has not intervened in this matter. Instead of resolving the issue, they are using the previous year's price to avoid dealing with the current cost, which has been affected by inflation. When I requested a replacement through Media Markt, Hakman Electronics claimed the product was out of stock, despite Media Markt having plenty of stock.
