Redmi Note 13 Pro Charger Not Working - Warranty Refused

I’ve been having issues with the charging adapter and cable that came with my Redmi Note 13 Pro for about a month. The adapter and cable sometimes fail to charge, making it difficult to use my device properly. I purchased the product from a technology store and have the invoice (Invoice No: 0062024000000208). I reported the issue to the Forum Ankara Media Markt store, but they told me I must return the entire box contents, including the phone itself, for the warranty process to proceed, not just the adapter and cable.
