I Got a Block on My TEB Credit Card After a Small Delay

TEB Bank places a hold on my credit card for ₺1200, which is just €26, even though I use the card abroad and have a low limit. Even the slightest delay results in a hold, regardless of any promise to pay. They cause hardship without any legal right to do so. It's unbelievable that such a large bank would put its customers in a difficult position over ₺1200. I’m tired of the constant holds on my card. My loan hasn’t been overdue by 50, 60, or 90 days—payment was made just 12 days ago, and they could easily wait 10 more days, but they still imposed a hold. I demand that all restrictions on my card be lifted immediately and urgently. A true bank should support its customers, not make their lives harder.
