TEB Credit Card Closure Fail - Urgent Help Needed

I applied two days ago to close my TEB Bonus credit card and bank accounts, and I have been struggling with the process ever since. I tried contacting the phone branch multiple times but couldn’t get any results. I also attempted to reach them by email, but they were unable to assist me. My request to close my accounts and credit cards has gone completely unanswered. I used to be able to resolve such issues through the branch, but now I’ve been told that branches no longer have this authority. As someone living abroad, dealing with TEB has become a serious problem for me. Therefore, I want all my cards and accounts with TEB to be closed immediately so that I have no further connection with the bank.
