Seeking Help with Broken Baby Plus High Chair from Ebebek

I purchased a Baby Plus Gourmet High Chair from Ebebek. After a while, a plastic part on the back broke. I requested the part from the store, offering to pay for it, but despite taking my information, they didn't follow up. When I contacted Customer Service, they said the store should assist, but I'm still left waiting with no solution in sight. It shouldn't be this difficult to obtain a spare part for a product they manufacture themselves. As a busy parent, dealing with this hassle is frustrating, especially when it affects the safety and comfort of my child during meal times. I urge Ebebek to prioritize customer service and provide a timely resolution to this issue.
