Defective Baby Plus Playpen from Ebebek - Requesting Refund or Replacement
On March 10, 2023, I bought a playpen from the Ebebek store. It's a Baby Plus brand. I had a problem with the product making noise, so I sent it in for repair not once, but twice. Unfortunately, it was returned to me both times without the issue being resolved. I've sent it in for repair for the third time and asked for a refund, but I still haven't heard back from them. Every time, I had to put up with 15-20 days of inconvenience. Right now, I'm still waiting, and it's really tough because my child doesn't have a crib to sleep in, which is causing a lot of stress. I would like to request a prompt refund or an exchange for a different product.
