UPS Delays Delivery of Time-Sensitive Baby Products
I’m very frustrated with UPS regarding my recent order from Ebebek. The product has already reached their distribution center, and today was the scheduled delivery date. However, when I called to check, I was told it won’t be delivered until next week!
Why should I wait another week for an item that is already in their possession and supposed to be out for delivery? This is unacceptable, especially considering I ordered baby products that are time-sensitive.
I’m also disappointed in Ebebek for partnering with such an unreliable courier. Baby items need to be delivered promptly, and delays like this are unacceptable. I demand immediate action from UPS to deliver my order without further delay!
