Kraft Rambla Stroller Sent To Service Four Times And Replacement Refused

On 11.05.2024, I purchased a Kraft Rambla stroller from Civil store. I was specifically told that it was long-lasting, that we could use it for many years, and that the product had a 2-year warranty. However, the stroller has now been sent to service a total of four times, and each time it remained there for about 15 days—meaning I have been unable to use my product for almost 60 days in total. It is currently in service again. Both the store and the service center clearly told me that I had the right to service three times, and that after the fourth service visit, I would be eligible for a product replacement. Despite this being the fourth time, no replacement is being offered. Now, they are also demanding an extra payment for a part replacement, claiming that we have used the stroller for 18 months, and they are trying to exclude the product from warranty coverage even though the warranty is still valid. I have the invoice, warranty certificate, and all service receipts. I request that my replacement right for the Kraft Rambla stroller be honored free of charge as previously stated, that no additional payment be demanded for a product still under warranty, and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved.
