Chicco Perfect Easy 250ml Nipple Collapsing Issue

I purchased a Chicco Perfect Easy 250 ml plastic baby bottle from the E-Bebek store in Gemlik, Bursa. Since we started using the bottle, the nipple part has been constantly collapsing inward during every single feeding. The bottle does not take in air properly and because of this my baby cannot be fed adequately or in a healthy way. Considering the brand of the product and the price I paid, I am seriously disappointed to experience such a quality problem. When I did some research afterwards, I saw that there are many similar complaints about the same product. I have the e-invoice for the product and I can provide it if requested. I have not yet contacted E-Bebek or Chicco customer service; I first wanted to make my voice heard through this channel. I request that this bottle be examined, that the problem I am experiencing be resolved, and, if possible, that it be replaced with a properly functioning, problem-free product.
