On September 11, 2025, I purchased a white Stanley The Iceflow Flip Straw 0.89L bottle from Hepsiburada for ₺1,650, and it has been problematic since the very first day. The straw does not function properly—it constantly takes in air while drinking and makes an unpleasant noise. There is no damage, break, or user-related issue on the lid or any part of the product. I sent it to the authorized Stanley Kutup Ayısı service center for inspection, but all I received was a vague response claiming “there is no manufacturing issue,” without any explanation of the cause or a solution. When the product was returned to me, the straw was missing, and the item was delivered back incomplete. I also contacted Stanley and Hepsiburada customer services, but no explanation or solution was offered. Although my product is still under warranty, I request that this issue be resolved, the missing part replaced, and the defective bottle exchanged with a fully functional one. I paid for a working product—not a faulty one. My order number is 4241020158 and my service number is 49444-106449.
