I made purchases on the Azar app while logged in with my phone number, but now I can’t access my account or use any of the items I paid for. Every time I try to log in, it fails, and I get no response from customer support. I’ve reached out multiple times, but no one gets back to me.
The app shows the device name as “15.3,” which makes no sense because I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Clearly, there’s a technical issue on their end, but I’m the one left without access to my account and with no use of the money I spent.
I’m requesting a full refund for the purchases I can’t use. Azar, if you can’t provide access to what I’ve paid for, you must take responsibility and return my money. Ignoring your users is unacceptable. Fix this or refund me immediately.
