I made a payment through Apple for Azar and was charged, but the purchased stones were not added to my balance. Additionally, the product was listed as ₺649, but I was charged ₺1300 instead. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, there’s no way to reach customer support, either through the app or online. It feels impossible to get any help or resolution. This experience has left me questioning the security and reliability of Azar. I urge others to be cautious when making payments through this platform. I demand a full refund for the overcharged amount and the stones I purchased. Please resolve this issue promptly and improve your support system.
