I Cannot Log Into My Azar iPhone 16 Pro Account Due to Ongoing Connection Issue
For about a week, I have been unable to log into my Azar account on my iPhone 16 Pro. Each time I open the app, I encounter a connection error, even though my internet connection works perfectly. The problem continues whether I use Wi-Fi or mobile data, which makes it clear the issue is with the Azar app itself.
I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting my device, but none of these steps fixed the problem. My registered phone number is 0555*94, and I do not have a paid membership. I only want to regain access to my account.
I also attempted to reach Azar customer support, but I could not establish a connection with their service team. This situation has been extremely frustrating, as I have been locked out of my account for days without any help or explanation.
I am requesting that Azar resolve this login issue immediately and restore my account access. Users should not face week-long disruptions without proper technical support or communication.
