Azar App Constantly Showing 100/100 Error – Unable to Access Account

For almost two months, I have been unable to log in to the Azar app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Each time I attempt to log in, I repeatedly receive the error message: “100/100 network error.”
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Deleting and reinstalling the app
Restarting my device
Using different Wi-Fi and mobile data connections
Despite these attempts, the issue persists, and I cannot access my account. My username is turkuazgmail.com, and I do not have a paid subscription.
So far, I have been unable to reach Azar customer support, and I urgently request assistance.
I expect this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible so that I can log in and use the application again without any problems.
