I used the Azar app without any issues on my old Samsung phone. About a week ago, I switched to a new Note 14 Pro and downloaded the app again. However, whenever I try to log in, I keep getting the error message: “An error occurred, please try again in a few minutes.” Because of this, I cannot access my account at all.
I’ve already tried common fixes, such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the problem continues. The issue happens every time I attempt to log in, regardless of the connection.
I’ve previously made payments within the app, but those were from much earlier dates. I don’t want to share my personal account details here for privacy reasons, but I need my account restored.
I request that Azar’s support team investigate this login error on the Note 14 Pro, fix the issue, and restore my access to my account as soon as possible. Being locked out of an app I’ve used for so long, especially after making payments, is frustrating and unacceptable.
