Problems with AXA's International Travel Health Insurance

I have never encountered another insurance company that puts individuals through such a hassle when it comes to paying for medical examinations covered by foreign travel health insurance, especially when you have to travel abroad. They repeatedly reject paying the required amount for baseless reasons, causing nothing but frustration. I've faced issues for both my mother and father separately. Regrettably, this so-called "large" insurance company has done nothing but burden us with unnecessary paperwork since July, avoiding covering the grievances of both my parents. Ordinarily, copies of official documents are sufficient for most institutions. However, this company insists on holding off actual payments until the physical documents reach their hands, despite my constant follow-ups. Every day, my address in Germany receives payment instructions along with bills for interest incurred due to delays. I am not to blame for any of this. I believe my biggest mistake was choosing an insurance company that can't conduct business efficiently. Please, reconsider your choice carefully. You shouldn't have to endure such hassles with an insurance company.
