Allianz Makes The Refund Process A Pain in The Ass!

Do you think just conveying my complaint to the customer representative would be enough to reduce my anger? Of course, it wasn't enough. I will complain from every platform as you can see. Especially with the example of going through the refund processat AXA , the situation of having to mess up the process here is particularly frustrating. I am requesting health expenses for the second time, because Allianz, which presents itself as a large insurance company with a wide hospital network, does not have an agreement with Kolan Health Group. It's just bullshit. And again, for the second time, they cannot complete and close my transaction at once. Continuous warning that missing documents are awaited in the application. It is not clear what they want. This time, I also received a transcript from the hospital called epicrisis along with the invoice and shared it. Even though the payment request is just for a simple examination, I have even sent all my past examination details since 2021, but they are still requesting from me for missing documents. Do I have to be in constant phone traffic with the hospital? Do you know how many times have I called to even get this document? They don't understand what you want anyway. Now call there again and ask, call again, call again. I already paid 651 TL in a hospital where I would only pay 15 TL co-payment (my doctor is there, I'm going there, I can't change my doctor because you didn't get an agreement with the hospital) because you don't have an agreement, of which you will pay me 80% at best anyway. I am a victim, and you are making the incident longer and longer. I will not upload any more documents to the system, all the information you need is in what I uploaded. Complete my health expense request now!!!! If anyone is considering Allianz personally, I would say run away without looking back.

There is still no response. The impact level of Şikayetvar is close to zero. And even worse, brands have started to ignore customers. I hope you disappear if this continues.
