On April 2, I made the reservation and payment for the vehicle I received from Montenegro Podgorica airport in advance. When we received this vehicle, we asked what we should do if we wanted to go out of the border. While handing over the vehicle, the officer said that you will pay a difference according to the number of days we went out of the border, and we left. We delivered the vehicle on April 9 and although we did not go out of the border during the process, we were forced to pay 133.10 euros. The officer told us that if the payment is not made, it will be deducted from the deposit received. We did not go abroad. We conveyed that the officer informed us that an additional payment will be made only if we go abroad, but we could not get it accepted. We had to make the payment. What I said was that if they checked in the GPS system, they would see that we never left the country. They told us they didn't have time to deal with it and we could complain if we wanted to. Only the Deposit was refunded, but I sent an e-mail to Avis Global because of the unfair advantage of this misdirection. I want this injustice to be corrected and the money taken from me to be returned even though I did not go abroad.
