We rented a car from Avis company through Booking with "Rental Agreement Number 583964183" and "Reservation # 09212544TR5" from Tivat airport and completed the payment online during the rental. Before purchasing the vehicle, the officer at the Avis Office took payment from our credit card of 151 Euros, stating that it was the deposit fee, and stated that it would be refunded when we handed over the vehicle. However, when we saw that the amount was not refundable and examined the form, we realized that this amount was added as "Premium coverage". I created a record to report the situation to customer service, but we did not receive any response. I am waiting for a response from the company on the subject, and I demand a refund of the relevant amount.
