Avis Handed Me a Broken Vehicle Ruining All of My Plans on the Vacation

Yesterday, I rented a car of your company in Jena, Germany via Booking.com for today. Shortly after I received the vehicle around 10:00, the vehicle overheated. I pulled the vehicle to the right side. When I opened the hood of the vehicle, I saw that the engine water of the vehicle was low. Also, in the photo I took, I saw that the water hose to the engine was connected with a simple tape. And I saw water flowing from that point. Although I added water to the cooling tank, the water went back below the minimum level in a very short time. Today I was going to go from Jena to Zurich, Switzerland. Again, I booked and paid for a hotel on Booking with a check-in date of 19.04.2023. However, your company resisted not to provide a replacement vehicle. They also took today's fee. In short, I ruined my day. I could not check in to the hotel today because they gave me the substitute vehicle late. 221 Euros, the hotel fee we paid, was all down to waste. We also had to pay 42 Euros for the vignette document valid on the Swiss highway. You showed your quality of being a Turkish company very well in Germany. Bravo to you. If we had rented a car in German companies, we would not have experienced this humiliation. Booking only apologized. It could not do anything else. It did not refund our hotel reservation free of charge. Booking knows very well how to be an intermediary and get commission fees. But when it comes to its responsibility, it did nothing
