Avis Charged Me Twice for the Same Rental After I Prepaid Through Booking.com

I rented a vehicle from Avis Belgrade from January 7, 2026, through January 13, 2026, for a total of six days under reservation number 748999288. The full rental cost was prepaid through Booking.com at the time I made the reservation.
I purchased full protection insurance through Booking.com. However, Avis informed me that this insurance was not valid, canceled it, and then required me to purchase their own insurance instead.
I picked up the vehicle at the airport and returned it to the airport location exactly as instructed. Despite this, Avis is now charging me an additional location fee.
I returned the vehicle in clean condition. At most, it may have required light cleaning, yet I am being charged for a detailed cleaning service.
I also returned the vehicle with a full fuel tank and only drove from Belgrade city center back to the airport. Nevertheless, Avis is demanding an unreasonable and unjustified fuel charge.
In addition to all of the above, even though I already paid the full rental amount through Booking.com, Avis is now attempting to charge me again for the rental itself.
All of these post-return charges and duplicate billing requests are unfair and were never clearly disclosed to me in advance. I am requesting the cancellation of all additional charges, including the forced insurance purchase, the location fee, the detailed cleaning fee, the fuel charge, and the second rental payment request. I should only be charged the amount I originally paid through Booking.com for the six-day rental.
I also expect a clear, detailed written explanation from Avis explaining how each of these charges was calculated and why they were applied.
