Refused Warranty Service on my Audi A3 Sedan
My 2021 Audi A3 Sedan is still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but when the battery and fuse box failed, I had to call roadside assistance for a tow to the Vosmer Bornova branch in Izmir. The branch, on the other hand, claims that the repair is not covered by the warranty and insists that it is the fault of the user, demanding payment for the repair. As a result, my car has been stranded for 15 days at the service center. When the roadside assistance technician loaded my car onto the tow truck, they jump-started it and it started. They restarted it and unloaded it when they arrived at the service center. They're now claiming that multiple jump-starts at the service center caused the fuse box to burn out, and they're demanding that I pay the bill. I'm not sure how my user error could have caused the fuse box problem.
