Audi Refuses Warranty for Clutch Problem on My 2023 Audi A3

I purchased my 2023 Audi A3 brand new. Since day one, I've been experiencing transmission vibration and knocking. This problem becomes more pronounced, especially when the transmission warms up. I've visited an authorized service center three times so far. My first visit was to the Fethiye Başaran Audi Authorized Service Center, but I was told I'd have to leave my car at the service center for a week or 10 days and that no replacement vehicle would be provided. I was ill and couldn't leave my car behind. My second visit was to the Antalya Alvin Audi Authorized Service Center, where I was told my rims were bent and that there was no transmission fault. On my third visit, I went back to the Fethiye Başaran Audi Authorized Service Center on September 5, 2025. The problem was clearly identified during a test drive, and I returned the car to the service center. I received a call back on September 15, 2025, and was told there was severe corrosion in the clutch, which could have been caused by an engine wash or heavy flooding. However, my vehicle's engine had not been washed and had not been exposed to heavy flooding. Furthermore, if such a situation had occurred, there would have been a failure in other electronic components of the vehicle. Receiving conflicting answers from different authorized service centers further increased my grievance. Although my vehicle has a 2-year warranty and an invoice, I was informed that the clutch replacement was not covered by the warranty and could be performed for a fee of ₺92,000. During this process, I also submitted my complaint to Audi customer service. My expectation from Audi is that the clutch replacement will be performed completely free of charge under warranty and that the brand will take responsibility in this regard.
