2021 Audi A3 Limousine Seat Belt Not Working After It's Replaced

Dear Sir / Madam I went to Local Authorized Audi Service (Doguş Oto Cankaya) due to chronic problems in the SOS control unit in my 2021 model Audi A3 Limousine. After a long waiting period, they told me that the SOS control unit will be replaced under warranty. In addition, they replaced the two front seat belts due to Audi's worldwide seat belt recall issue. After changing the seat belt, the front two seat belts were not coming and were not fastening. I guess it has bad seat belt tensioner or something else. This issue was happening even if I pull the seat belt slow or fast. There were so many times when I drive my car without fastening my seat belt. When I went to the service for the second time, I stated that it's better to change the seat belt again as this was a overserious issue, however the service told me that they will remove the seat belt and put it back on and that I would not have any more problems. After my 3rd visit, the same problem reappeared when I was returning back to my home (approximately 4 km away) from Local Authorized Audi Service (Doguş Oto Cankaya). I immediately called the service again and explained the issue to the service consultant with a video. I was called back to the service. This problem did not occur when we were checking the issue in the service. I still requested that the seat belt must be changed again, but it was not accepted by the service consultant. Therefore, as a last resort, I told them that I would file a complaint about this overserious issue. Unfortunately, these statements did not mean much for Doguş Oto Cankaya. I would like to ask the following questions to Audi official and Dogus Oto Cankaya and: Isn't it a overserious issue to drive on the road without a seat belt? Before Audi Service called me for the recall campaign, my seat belts were already working fine. This problem started after you replaced the seat belts. I sent videos to the service consultant stating that I had this problem many times. (the chassis number also has been recorded) Do you think it is an ideal solution to remove and put on the seat belt instead of solving this issue? Do you think this vehicle can pass from MOT?
