Skoda Scala Transmission Noise Ignored by Manufacturer Despite Multiple Service Visits
I purchased a Skoda Scala in 2022, and after a year, I started hearing noises when downshifting. I took the car to the authorized service in Erzurum. During my first visit, they couldn't detect the sound, but on my second visit, they acknowledged it. The transmission was cleaned, and a software update was applied, but the noise persisted. Despite sending videos of the issue to the manufacturer multiple times, they claim the noise is "normal" and refuse to acknowledge the problem. Having driven the same model without the noise, I know this isn’t right. I'm a 20-year experienced driver, and this is the first time I’ve faced such a situation, especially from Skoda. Even though my car is still under warranty, there’s no resolution.
