Unresolved Mechanical Issues With Audi Q3 Despite Multiple Visits

Dear Sir or Madam, At the end of 2023, I purchased an Audi Q3 from your dealer Audi Aldo Otomotiv in Mersin. I wish to report persistent problems with the vehicle and my service experience. Vehicle Information: • Plate: 33 ASU 66 • VIN: WAUZZZF37R1035366 • Engine No: DXD389321 • Extended Warranty: valid ~1 more year All maintenance has been performed solely at Audi Mersin Aldo authorized service. The car has never been taken elsewhere. Problems and Service Process: Reverse knock: Since 7,000 km, a hard knock occurs when releasing the brake in reverse. Reported at 15k, 30k, 45k, 60k services and a separate visit, always dismissed as “no noise.” At 60k, the noise was confirmed by mechanic Y*** and manager E*** during cold test. Still no action; replacement vehicle provided only after nearly two months. Engine vibration: While leaving the car for replacement, tested again with Y***, who confirmed the vibration was abnormal. Later I was told “noise is normal” and no repair was made. Throttle loss: Before 45k, throttle response dropped. Request for reset/update was rejected with “no such procedure.” Rear wheel squeak: For ~30k km I lived with this noise. Instead of finding the cause, temporary insulation was tried. Eventually it was found to be stones in the wheel arch. Evaluation and Request: I repeatedly stated issues 1–3 may be related to drivetrain (clutch, flywheel, etc.). Despite five visits, no real progress was made. Such unresolved, acknowledged faults seriously damage trust in both service and brand. If no permanent solution is provided, I will pursue legal action without delay, exercise all rights, and make this negative experience public. This is not written in haste but after two years of persistence. I demand the definite resolution of the ongoing faults (reverse knock, vibration, throttle loss) and that all required repairs be carried out immediately under warranty.
