Constant Breakdowns, Unresolved Problems with the Kia Cerato

They say in Istanbul, "Kia never deceives." So, on June 19, 2023, I bought a Kia Cerato and immediately hit the road. However, I heard a strange noise coming from the car, almost like a whining. I contacted customer service, who advised me to take it to the nearest service center. So I handed over my car to the Ankara Kia dealership. They acknowledged the noise, first attributing it to the steering and then claiming it was caused by low transmission fluid. They even replaced the transmission, but the noise continued. They eventually informed me that the noise was normal and closed the case. If this noise was normal, why did they replace the transmission and tamper with every component of my car? I am convinced that my car is a faulty product and that I am entitled to a replacement.
