Last month, I noticed that the camera system in my 2023 A3 S-Line was not functioning correctly, prompting me to schedule a service appointment at the Istanbul Kartal Doğuş Oto Audi and Volkswagen Service Centers. While the camera was the only issue, the service experience unfolded unexpectedly. Upon arriving at the service center, I was informed about the availability of the part, leading to an abrupt request for the vehicle to be brought in over the weekend, specified that I would return on Monday, and when I did, the service process was far from smooth. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait in line for an extended period, and the lack of customer priority was evident as I observed others being attended to before me. When I finally received my car back, I noticed that the right front seat had been pushed back and reclined, the vehicle was in sport mode, and there were muddy footprints on the rear right seat. the explanation that a test drive was necessary for camera control seemed illogical, and the muddy footprints were dismissed with an unsatisfactory response. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and providing photographic evidence during a promised follow-up call, I received no further communication from the service center. This experience is unfortunately not isolated, as I encountered various issues with my 2022 T-Roc before. While Audi and Volkswagen prioritize customer service during the sales process, the same level of attention is noticeably absent post-purchase. In essence, the post-sales service resembles a significant drop in service quality compared to the attentive approach during the sales phase. To put it bluntly, "Audi and Volkswagen are like Germany until they sell you a car, then it becomes Tanzania." I would like to express my gratitude to Skoda Afyon Demoto, Skoda Maltepe Aykan, and the Skoda family for their exceptional service with my previous Skoda Kamiq. It's evident that under the umbrella of the Doğuş Group, the Skoda brand stands out as a leader in both sales and after-sales service. Respectfully,
