Audi Q4 e-tron Broke Down in 25 Days and Left Me Stranded with No Immediate Help
My 25-day-old Audi Q4 broke down and we were left stranded. On 30/01/2025, I purchased the Q4 e-tron quattro from your Doğuş branch in Ankara. The car with plate number 50 UR ***, while charging with the charger you gave as a gift on 23/02/2025, malfunctioned. The charging port wouldn't come off. I called the Assistance service, and they connected me to an employee who was unfamiliar with the car. Eventually, the port was removed, but the car broke down and wouldn't start with only 41% charge. After hours, the car was picked up, but the replacement car was given to us the next day. How can this car break down in less than a month? Why is there no remote assistance like other electric cars? If I had encountered this problem on a highway between cities, what would I have done? Who would dare to drive this car on the road? If this car is like this now, how will it be later? In short, I can never trust this car again. Take this car, it’s yours. Don’t sell electric vehicles you don't understand. Don’t ruin Audi’s reputation.
