On December 28, 2024, my 2023 Volkswagen Golf, still under warranty, broke down on the road. Despite the rainy weather and being stranded with my family, including my child, Volkswagen failed to provide a replacement vehicle despite my repeated requests.
I contacted rental companies affiliated with Volkswagen and confirmed availability, yet I was told, “No rental cars are available from Doğuş.” I even offered to pay for and arrange the vehicle myself, but that was denied as well. The service center also claimed they had no vehicles to offer.
This situation left me and my family completely stranded and deeply frustrated. I’ve already emailed Volkswagen, but I’m shocked by the lack of customer care. It’s unacceptable for a 15,000-kilometer vehicle to break down, and even worse to be left helpless. I expect Volkswagen to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
