Repeated Malfunctions in My New Peugeot 3008 Hybrid
I bought a Peugeot 3008 Allure 1.2 Hybrid in February 2025 from the Göral-Ümitköy dealer in Ankara. Previously, I had purchased a Peugeot 3008 Diesel from the same dealer in August 2020, and during the new purchase, they bought back my old vehicle—showing that I am a loyal customer. However, just two months after purchasing the new car (which I bought for my company), it suddenly stopped in the middle of the road. The vehicle completely shut down, and we couldn’t reach Peugeot roadside assistance for 30 minutes, leaving us in a very dangerous situation. After 45 minutes, the car restarted on its own. The next day, we took it to the Göral-Ümitköy service center in Ankara, but they could not provide any explanation for such a serious issue. Three months later, the infotainment screen turned off by itself, and all screen-related functions—such as radio, air conditioning, navigation, and phone answering—stopped working. We’ve brought the car in for service three times, and each time we were told to wait for a software update, with no clear timeline given. I now call on Peugeot France to intervene. If Peugeot 3008 Allure Hybrid vehicles experience such issues, they should no longer be sold. I demand either a replacement vehicle or a full refund equivalent to the price of a new car. I am available for further contact regarding this matter.
