I bought an Audi Q3, and I'm having trouble with the navigation system not working. It’s annoying to deal with this kind of issue in a car that I thought would perform well. It seems like while other car brands are stepping up their game with new tech and improved features, Audi is lagging when it comes to listening to what customers want. Not paying attention to the little things and not fixing basic features might be why they're missing out on sales since customers could go for other brands that actually care about what they want. I hope Audi listens to feedback and steps up its service and product quality, or I worry that more customers like me might think twice about their choices down the line.
