Audi A8 Transmission Issue After Just 1 Month – Mechatronic System Failure

I purchased an Audi A8 only a month ago, and after driving just 3000 km, the car has already developed a serious transmission problem. The car cannot shift into reverse, and after consulting the service center, I was informed that the mechatronic system needs to be replaced. It’s extremely disappointing to experience such a major issue with a brand-new, premium vehicle like an Audi. This kind of mechanical failure in a one-month-old car does not align with the brand’s reputation for quality. I expect Audi to address this promptly and provide a permanent fix to restore my confidence in the vehicle.
