Ford Focus Titanium X Navigation Not Working Properly

I purchased a brand-new 2023 Ford Focus Titanium X diesel automatic, but for over a year, I've been plagued with connectivity issues – the navigation system doesn't work properly with either wired or wireless connections. Additionally, the multimedia screen frequently freezes and experiences disruptions, rendering its advertised features unusable.

Despite filing countless complaints, Ford has taken no action to resolve these problems – or rather, they simply don't care. As a loyal Focus owner for nearly a decade, I've never felt so disillusioned with a vehicle until now. It's astonishing that a major corporation like Ford refuses to stand behind its products or address customer concerns.

If you're considering a Ford, think twice. This is not the same reputable company it once was – they clearly don't value customer satisfaction or delivering on promised capabilities. My experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I caution others against purchasing from a brand that fails to uphold its commitments.
