Audi Maintenance Dissatisfaction and Service Center Complaint

On May 10, 2024, I delivered my Audi A3 to Aydoğanlar (Şaşmaz) service center for routine maintenance, only to receive it back with a burst tire. They handed it over, stating, "We don't have a tire repair service, get it done yourself, maybe it wasn't burst, we just inflated it." While driving, the tire completely deflated, which could have led to a serious accident. Furthermore, they left the replaced brake pads in my trunk in a dirty condition. The customer representatives were extremely indifferent and unhelpful, speaking disrespectfully. I will not only lodge a complaint with this establishment but also with the Audi brand itself. I have been greatly inconvenienced by this negative experience.
