My Car Stuck at Citroen Service for Parts, Still Waiting for Nearly 3 Months

I am very dissatisfied with the service at Antalya Haşim Balaban. My car has been parked since May 25, 2024, patiently awaiting parts from France. However, it's been almost three months now, and unfortunately, there hasn't been any progress made. It's frustrating that even after all this time, I'm still left without a solution. I comprehend that delays occur, but this degree of irresponsibility and absence of communication is not tolerable. I had high hopes for a professional service, but unfortunately, I've been left feeling neglected and powerless. Why is this happening? I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. Do any of these complaints get heard? This experience has been quite unsatisfactory. S*** S***
