On August 28, 2024, I purchased a brand new Audi A3 Sportback 35 Turbo FSI 150 hp Advanced Stronic (license plate 06 BA 7952, chassis WAUZZZGY0SA029***, engine DXD991712) from the Doğuş Oto Kartal dealership. The vehicle currently has 14,400 km on it, and all maintenance has been performed regularly. The last maintenance was performed on August 27, 2025, at the Mardin Doğu Audi service center (İE03453). On the morning of October 3, 2025, while driving to work, the warning "Vehicle electronics: Malfunction! Engage P before leaving the vehicle. Please contact service." I called Audi roadside assistance; because the Diyarbakır service center was busy, they scheduled an appointment for November 5, 2025. I contacted the Mardin Audi Beşer service center, and they said they were available. When I tried again that same afternoon, the error occurred again. After refueling at the Batman exit on my way to Mardin, I received a warning message saying, "Brake Servo: Function limited. You can continue driving." I called the service center and told them I would come back later. Following these malfunctions, the vehicle experienced noticeable vibrations, discomfort, and discomfort, especially at low speeds, during acceleration after braking, and during gear changes. On October 14, 2025, I took the vehicle to the Mardin Audi Beşer service center (IE04934) and returned it. I explained that the problem might be related to the brake servo, transmission, and pressure pads. The technician who took the test drive found no problems, and the computer check reported no faults. I returned the vehicle, but the problems persisted. The next day, a new symptom appeared: a clicking sound every time I pressed and released the brakes. I'm concerned that this could lead to serious problems with the brakes, engine, or transmission in the future. Since there's no Audi service center in Batman, I plan to return to Diyarbakır or Mardin. However, I can't convince the technician at the service center that the vehicle is faulty. I've grown weary of the brand due to the vehicle's problems. Although this is my first Audi experience, I'm deeply disappointed and considering repairing the car and selling it. I'm asking for your help to resolve this issue permanently.
