Audi Authorized Services Cannot Provide Service To My Vehicle

My car broke down with a transmission failure on Tuesday, leaving me stranded on the road. Despite regular maintenance at an authorized service center, I had to have my vehicle towed to the nearest authorized service center (thanks to Audi roadside assistance). However, due to their heavy workload, they haven't even begun the inspection, and I'm not sure when they will. Why don't they direct me to a less crowded service center or form partnerships with independent ones? Ignoring the inconvenience of being stranded appears to be their problem-solving strategy. Perhaps they should not sell cars that they are unable to handle. I have no idea when I'll get my car back as an incredibly unhappy Audi customer. This entire experience has left me very angry. Never, ever again.
