Toyota Did Not Fix My Car Properly After Maintenance

I’m writing this because I’ve had a truly stressful experience with Toyota’s authorized service. I brought my vehicle in for maintenance and repair, trusting that everything would be done properly. However, the parts were clearly not installed correctly, and this has led to ongoing problems. I’ve reached out to the service center multiple times asking for the issue to be fixed, but nothing has been resolved. Instead of providing support, I was told I could “complain wherever I wanted,” which left me feeling ignored and powerless. It’s upsetting to know that a brand I relied on doesn’t stand behind its service network. I believe such service centers should be held accountable so others don’t go through the same hardship I’m currently facing.
