Audi A3 Multiple Breakdowns and Poor Customer Service

I bought a brand-new Audi A3 in March 2021. But after only 16,000 kilometers, something went wrong with the car's drive. For the same problem, it was sent to the service center four times. On its last visit, it was in the service center for almost three months because its brain was broken and it needed a part from Germany. My request for a refund was turned down, which is a shame. Five more times, software and part problems sent the car back to the service center. Audi and Doguş Oto were both a disappointment in the end. Being the owner of an Audi used to be my dream, but now it's my worst nightmare. I'm not happy at all with what happened, so I'm going to file a complaint.
