On 6th January, I requested a withdrawal of 9,170 to my Mpesa account, but even after the 7-day time frame I was told to wait, the money has still not been paid. During this period, I have contacted customer care many times, but every time I am only told to wait, without any clear explanation or solution. Being repeatedly told to wait is not helping at all and has turned this into a very horrible experience for me as a 1win customer. This delay has also affected my ability to continue betting on 1win, because I no longer feel secure knowing that withdrawals can be delayed for this long without proper feedback.
