Audi A5 Clutch Replacement Problem

I own a 2012 Audi A5 2.0 tfs Quattro with only 114,000 kilometers on the clock, and I've had it serviced at the Audi authorized dealership for the past 11 years. On February 9, 2022, at 105,000 kilometers, I paid a whopping 31,600 Turkish Lira at Doguş Oto Maslak for a clutch replacement. When I released the gas pedal after this replacement, the car jerked when I started it with a cold engine. I hoped that by trusting the dealership's expertise and not being mechanically inclined myself, it would improve over time. Regrettably, it did not. Seven months later, at approximately 108,000 kilometers, I returned to Doguş Oto Maslak for routine maintenance and mentioned the jerking during cold starts. They kept my car for two days and performed extensive procedures, but couldn't find any problems, claiming that a minor modification was all that was required. I foolishly believed them and returned my car. Due to work commitments, I didn't drive the car much during this time. When I did, however, I noticed that the jerking issue persisted when I started the car with a cold engine. I couldn't address this issue with the dealership until now because I was in Malatya during the February earthquake. We put our trust in Audi-authorized service centers and pay hefty fees for their services, but we don't get our money's worth. Prior to the clutch replacement at the dealership, I had never experienced this problem. According to my research, similar issues arise when clutch replacements are not performed by competent individuals. I have a strong suspicion that the clutch replacement performed at the authorized service center was flawed or omitted. My faith in Audi as a brand has been shattered. I urgently demand that the problem with my car, which I believe is related to the service performed at the dealership, be resolved free of charge under the service warranty.
